Our Story

Before moving to Australia, Sally Kwok has worked as an administration executive for years in Hong Kong. She found a passion for sugar art after enrolling in a Wilton cake decorating interest class. Since then she continued perfecting her skills and received professional baking and cake decorating training at the Hong Kong Culinary AcademyWilton, PME as well as the Korea Cake Art Association. Sally is a qualified Instructor of the Korea Cake Art Association and has attained a PME Sugar Art Master Certificate, UK. She has also learnt personally from numerous world famous sugar art masters, amongst them are Sweetambs, Sugarpress, Laura Saporiti Sugarland and Nevie-Pie Cakes.

Shortly after settling down in Adelaide, Sally followed her heart to pursue her dream of becoming a cake artist, and with an increasing awareness for healthy baking, she is a member of the Australian Vegetarian Society and aspired to promote vegan baking and the use of natural food colours in cake and cookie decorating.
